New iPhone - can't request UDID change

Hi there,

this year I broke down my iPhone and got a replacement phone, so I switched my UDID to my new device. Now I switched to an iPhone 12 I bought but am not able to change my UDID, since I already did this once this year. I haven't found the option to manually request the change and have no email to contact iOSGods. 
 

Is there a way to still change the UDID to my new device because I'd love to use the iOSGods+ App again?
