Need help

I bought an iphone4 used and its 3rd party phone is linked to icloud I'd amd from that guy I bought he also don't know email id for activation of device how to get ride from it please help

Alot Questions about iCloud and one simple Answer , You can't bypass iCloud & NEVER will be this happened
