Stuck on “Activate” page

I had to redownload the app due to a revoke, and I have all my information for my account and purchase, but when I redownloaded the app, it is stuck on a page that says “Activate.” When I press the button, it brings me straight to purchasing another account, with no section to put in my information that I have already bought everything. I redownloaded the app using the email I was sent, but I’m stuck. Any way to fix this?

Hello,

That usually happens if your subscription has expired. Please check your activation email to see when it was activated and if it's been 1 year.

Otherwise, shoot me a PM with your UDID and explain your issue so I can look into it.
