I just started playing Fallout Shelter. It starts up just fine then it starts to crash.It doesn't even load it just crashes right away. I've resprung and reinstalled many times but the app always crashes and I can't play the game.

I have an IPad 3 32gb. iOS 8.1.1

Try uninstalling xCon.

Also, boot into safe mode and see if the problem still exists there.
