download 3utools to your windows or mac pc. connect your iphone to your pc via USB. open 3utools and go to apps . from there search csr . click on csr 2 and press install or if its already on your phone click installed and re install it. from there go to top right corner in 3utools and click the arrow pointing down . that will be your downloads. right click on csr 2 and press open file location. if you have questions let me know
