Help/Support Guru Meditation Error Sideloadly: codesig offset mismatch

Hi, im using an 6th generation ipad with ios 14.0.1. Earlier today and also yesterday sideloadly worked perfectly. But now it says: ERROR: Guru Meditation a08077@100:5fc462 codesig offset mismatch: got 138080, expected 16384 + 121692. I've had this error for the first time. If somebody knows a fix please help
