Hello,

 

If you're using an iPhone 4s as your profile says, then no, you cannot. You will be forced to update to the latest iOS version which is currently 8.4. There's also a jailbreak released for iOS 8.x.x.

Thanks for explaining ....My 4s Is runing slow on Firmware 8.x.x ...i just wanted to try...

If there is any way to speed up my iphone 4s on Firmware 8...Just help me ...What you are supposed to do in my place?

Either you can clean up your storage or you have to do something else.
