Seems like this patch is only add crowns temporarily on the the device that already installed this patch. I added 2m crowns on my account with this patch, but when I open my account on an android device, the crowns back to its original value (before i use this patch).

as the OP said, turning Crowns Hack off will result in your crowns being reset to the original amount you had, however, your progress made will not be reset.

Tell that to the others who turn it off and are negative. I started at 500, now I'm deep into the negatives.
