It doesn’t affect you getting banned. 
 

What matters is - how many features you use, how blatant you are (don’t stare through walls and make it obvious) and how many reports you get. I’m at Legendary without hacks, and with these simply use the Q Vision for visual assistance just to get an edge. Never banned due to rank. I’ve had over 100 ranked games at Legendary with this - no ban. 
 

Comes down to knowing how to use it safely. 
 

Use less features. (don’t use super speed or super jump) If it were me I’d just use visual assistance and that’s about it.
