Help/Support Tap quest hack

I can't seem to get the tap quest hack to work. I have iOS 8.3 so I have been attempting to put the hacked save file on by backing up then restoring it onto my phone with Ibackupbot but have been unsuccessful so far. Any help is greatly appreciated

Download ASC2 from cydia if you're trying to use ifunbox, or download it and extract to preferences folder with iFile.

Where should I get ifile from?

Also I want to do it without jailbreaking my device if possible

It's not possible on 8.3 or higher because Apple shut down the use of iFunbox and other file viewers. Why not just jailbreak? Your life would be easier.

I followed the process but when I go to import the hack it doesn't ask if I want to overwrite anything so I think that's my problem.

I import the files restore yet no change. In your tutorial you said it should ask you if you want to replace the files.
