I downloaded remove aslr v 2.00 from here and it downloaded fine but it crashed upon opening it.

Device: iPhone 5c iOS 8.4 jb

probably because youre on 8.4 i mean, most tweaks arent updated fo0r it

It's an issue for many people

Did u try signing it with ldid?

Alca made a tutorial about another method to remove aslr as well

AppList needs to be installed otherwise RemoveASLR will crash.

i dont have any problem with it or so. no crashing after remove aslr
