Yea im having the same issue to this day and I paid for a VIP membership and cant download anything.

I managed to fix it.

First, make sure you install iTunes from an .exe, and not from the Microsoft store
In iTunes, go to "Account" and Sign in (Or sign out+sign in)
iTunes will probably ask you for some consent things + Billing data, put something
When iTunes store is happy with all the data you gave, and shows you the new hot tunes, you are already set
Now try again with your Sideloadly

Error 22406 “Login Failed” in Sideloadly usually means the Apple ID authentication didn’t go through. Double‑check your Apple ID and password, and make sure two‑factor authentication is enabled — Sideloadly requires it. If you’re on iOS 16.2+, disable iCloud Advanced Data Protection temporarily, since it can block login. Also update to the latest Sideloadly build, as older versions throw this error. Finally, avoid VPN/proxy when signing in, since Apple may reject the login.
