Enemies don't attack doesn't seem to work anymore

Does anyone have any troubles with tweaking the amount of Chrono Crystals they have? Im using the JP hacked version which has all the hacks the ViP Global version has, yet I cant seem to make any changes to my values stick, any ideas?

Does anyone know if using any other cheats in PvE other than complete all challenges will get you banned? 
Like one hit kill or god mode?
Because I've seen lots of pepole get banned including me for using mods and i just wanted to make sure.
