also getting this error ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature...) whenever I select Jailbreak-only mode.

I had the same problem after I set my date and time incorrectly. I fixed it setting it back to normal. Could it be the same problem for you?

It seems like this issue may be related to an incorrect date & time on the iOS device & PC. So be sure to check the date and time on your devices before installing!
