Help/Support Sideloadly Error: NP_E_CONN_FAILED

Hello.

I've been trying to install a hacked IPA of a game (The Arcana) with Sideloadly on my non-jailbroken iPhone 11 (iOS 13.5.1), but I've encountered a problem.

It seems like it's installing itself perfectly, but this error keeps appearing in the end:

Checking iOS version...

iOS version 13.5.1, will mangle bundleID

Obtaining team ID

Using team "(my name)" with id A4Q99DM5QS

Making sure device ID 00008030-001114A4029A802E is registered

I highlighted the errors and hid my email and my name.

Hello,

Do you have the Non-Microsoft Store version of iTunes installed? Did you connect via iTunes and synced your device?

I've been trying to download the Non-Microsoft Ver. but it's not working because the installer keeps detecting some sort of "errors". I've tried to use the methods indicated here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201668 but none of them worked.

I’ve had some issues with sideloadly. I fixed it by restarting my computer, opening iTunes, plugging my phone in, then opening sideloadly. Another thing is make sure the game/ipa your trying to install is compatible for your device or else it won’t work. Last thing I recommend is to reinstall sideloadly and iTunes and to also check if anything is stopping sideloadly from installing your game/ipa.
