I found an app called "Enlight" but it's $4.99 USD

Eh I don't really mind for now. I also found "Adobe Photoshop Express" DISCLAIMER: I only chose an app with high ratings with at least 500+ people reviewing it. Please be cautious if you happen to download these applications.
