Help/Support [RESOLVED]Tweaks wont show ios 8.4

Hey guys,

Its me Ted here
Basically I have an iphone 5s ios 8.4 and when i tried to install igameguardian and an array of other tweaks like mobileterminal etc, They don't show on my home screen,

I spoke to dida, who said do uicache, but nothing happened!

Please help me guys!

EDIT: APPSYNC UNIFIED Dida said to uninstall
