Uh, it might be that because Apple has not update it yet to support windows 10

Try saving the download file itself to your hard drive. Then right click the download file and run as administrator. See if it helps. It should work because it's asking to start a system service and it's being denied so running as administrator should solve your problem.

Try this:

 

WINKEY + R -> services.msc -> Start 'Apple Mobile Device Service'

 

If that doesn't work, try:

 

WINKEY + R -> msconfig -> Start/Tick 'Apple Mobile Device Service'
