Problem: How do i set permission 777 to an app, but even before that... and what file/file's do look for if i want to do that Because, i tried to search it up, but no luck...

 

Utilzing: iFunBox

             iFile

             Jailbroken idevice

             PC/MAC

I found a file similar to that one but it does not give me the option to view the file like that, Propety List Viewer, or even Text viewer, and i downloaded to dropbox, to see whats in and theres some wierd ass symbols, with some english in there and recognizable code, but idk..  :(

So... the file i saw in the tutorial, i saw a very similar file but to the app im using, in ifile, but i could not open the file, not with text viewer or Property text viewer, and when i sended it to my DropBox, its full of weird symbols and stuff "code" basically and i dont know what im looking at which is a small little detail...

want me to send you the file? so you can take a look, or should i just take this into my own hands idk...

You're trying to edit a plist file using iFile and it's not working?

Thats like iFile right? for iphone? or iFunBox?

install mobileterminal from this repo:

cydia.angelxwind.net
then open mobileterminal and type this code:

su>
alpine>
chmod -R 777 /Your/DirectoryHere>
Note: the ">" sign means you you press the return button. Don't type ">" when you see it.
