Help/Support certain app freezes my iosgods+ app

hello,

first time posting on the forum since i’ve never had a problem. but today i tried downling a free app posted inside iosgods+ app but every time I click download it freezes. I even waited like 10 min and didn’t load at all. app is call “office suite & PDF editor modded”.  it’s ipad pro 11 inch iOS 13.5 with iosgods+ app version 0.4.9 not jailbroken 

also the app mod is free since it downloaded on my phone with the same account 

what i’ve tried: 

- rebooting my device

- downloading the app on my phone. i did and it worked (phone jailbroken and has iosgods+ app as well)

- transferring the ipa file through files from my jailbroken phone to my ipad. didn’t work but works for other ipas 

- deleting iOSGods+ app and installing again
