i'm trying to jailbreak my iphone 5 (ios 8.4) on my mac, and it keeps saying "error in preparing environment"

try to turn on AirPlane mode, and also disable Location Services (Settings > Privacy > Location Services) via the Settings app.

That is assuming you've turned off your passcode and also your find my iphone functions.

ok friend. but im trying to use microsoft now, i think it's my mac.. but pangu or taig tho

Use Taig. It gives better results.

Let me know how it goes, if you get stuck notate the percentage you got stuck at.
