Help/Support Purchase of VIP access unsuccessful

Hello, I’ve tried to make a purchase of your vip 2 month access for $16.99 and keep receiving an error. I have the money so not sure why the payment isn’t processing

If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD.

Some transactions can also be blocked by your bank, so you might have to call them to allow the transaction.

I’ve tried the above solutions and still nothing. I’ve got plenty of money in my account. Is there a way to use PayPal? I’ve made purchases at stores, and through my PayPal no problem today.

 

EDIT: I’ve purchased the vip 3 month with PayPal. Said to wait for someone to give me the access now
