    Hello,

    I paid for VIP Plus for 3 months and my account is still the free version. Even though I've cancelled the subscription but I should still be able to enjoy the vip perks until the 13th July 2020 since I've already paid for it. If you guys refuse to give me the benefits, can you please refund me my money back?

    Hello,

    You purchased ViP Plus on the 13th of January. Today is the 14th of April so the subscription has expired, yesterday. I do not see any other charges on your account so I am confused as to what you are trying to say.

    Please contact me if there's an issue.

    Is there anyway I can contact you so I can show the proof of payment? Because I have the email from Gumroad and PayPal which indicates that I have paid for it. I am aware that my last membership have expired but Gumroad still took the money from my bank account on 13 April 2020.
