Help/Support Prefrence Bundle isn't loading?

"there was an error loading the preference bundle for XXX"

 

I re-installed the .deb

tweaked makefile and add ARCHS = armv7 arm64 at the top, moved XXXBundle.plist to /Library/PreferenceLoader/Preferences/

but nothing helped, Is there any other solutions for this problem?
