Help/Support Charged subscription, but I cancelled

So a whole back I cancelled my 3 month 34.99 subscription. Today I got an email notification saying it charged me 34.99... I looked at manage subscription but it has no option to cancel anything as I have already done it. I did it to save money and got charged again can I get some help please when possible
