Try resetting network settings and removing and reinserting the SIM card

    If you're not Jailbroken, this issue you're having is weird then. Have you installed any profiles on your device?

    Which iOS version are you on?

    I have not put any account on my iPhone, I know what that is and I know I haven't done that and I am on iOS 8.4. I really wanna jail break again but I think I'm going to have to wait till I sort this situation out.

    Go to settings>general>reset>reset network settings

    Have you tried restoring? Resetting all settings?

    I did I whipped everything from my phone even through iTunes

    Have you tried connecting your device to iTunes ans restoring trough iTunes?

    my idevice is indeed 8.4 and yes I did restore through iTunes I honestly think there is no fix :,(
