If you're not Jailbroken, this issue you're having is weird then. Have you installed any profiles on your device?

Which iOS version are you on?

I have not put any account on my iPhone, I know what that is and I know I haven't done that and I am on iOS 8.4. I really wanna jail break again but I think I'm going to have to wait till I sort this situation out.

I did I whipped everything from my phone even through iTunes

my idevice is indeed 8.4 and yes I did restore through iTunes I honestly think there is no fix :,(
