Help/Support IOSv64 HAY DAY

I dont know why, but iosv64 isnt working for me on hay day. When i open up the game, it will say iosv64.com in green on the top left but then after that, it just loads the starting menu then the bar will go to full and will just stop. I dont know what i am doing wrong.
