Hi its my first time installing. The mod is not loading. What am i doing wrong? My ios is 13.3 im jailbroken. I have filza. Everything downloaded and instaed succesfully. But why isnt it working?

Yes i followed everything to the wire. My unc0ver has pref loader but not cydia substrate. I tried downloading that but it crashed phone. Im not sure what im doing wrong.
