Help/Support App+ downloads, but won’t install apps

So, I’ve been having an issue in the App+ where the games won’t install after having been downloaded in the app. I go into the downloads tab and click on the label for the specified app, and it won’t allow me to install it. The only options are “cancel” and “delete.”

Any ideas on what’s going on? I’ve tried this with a variety of games, but the one I really want downloaded is Sword Art Online: Alicization Rising Steel
