For those it didn't work-

Do Reboot (not Respring, LDRestart), turn off completely and start again.
You may need to rejailbreak if you are using checkra1n.

Make sure LetMeBlock is installed.

After reboot when you open https://x204.xyz/ to check if it's working or not, you may see Not Working, Try Again !
But if you refresh again and see Safari can not open the page because it could not connect to the server  then it's working for you.

If still doesn't work try doing killall -9 mDNSResponder; killall -9 mDNSResponderHelper in terminal.

Why Reboot?
- Because I read somewhere that hosts file apply on reboot (though I'm not 100% sure how hosts files work)
