Help/Support App Store appears blank

[Todeskuss 175 iPhone Xr 12.1.2]

When I go to either the "Featured" or "Top Categories" section of the App Store, it shows up blank.  However, the "Purchases" or "Updates" section appear normal.  Also, searches show no results.  I closed from multi-task, resprung, and rebooted with no luck.  I also ran iCleaner.  Does anyone else experience this problem and/or know a fix?

Too late, my iPad's already resetting it's Network Settings

Maybe if it doesn't work.. it's stuck on the loading bar atm..
