Hey Guys.

Well i want to install .ipa into my iPhone X (iOS 13.4),

Cydia Impactor doesn't work it says this.

so is there any other ways to install .ipa files with PC?

Hello,

Cydia Impactor is currently broken and non-functional for free Apple Developer Accounts. However, it works for paid Apple Developer Accounts enrolled in the $99/Year.

For now, you can look into alternatives such as AltServer/AltDeploy.
