Help/Support VIP Membership recurring charges done but status not updated

Dear Admin, i have received a bill for the VIP recurring charges to renew, and the amount has been charged on my paypal account, but still my vip status has not been updated i also sent an email to admin email with transaction ID for verification, kindly advise.

Hi @ponto2002,

Our payments are manually verified by the admin so it may take few hours to verify it when he is active and free to do it.

If you do not get VIP in few days, do send him a PM regarding your issue.

Hello,

Apologies, you purchased via PayPal which is entirely not automatic and requires manual approvals, especially for renewals.

I would suggest disabling auto renewals in PayPal and just re-purchasing when it expires for a faster activation time.

Duly noted,however a payment of 34.99  was charged to my account on Feb 12, so would it be possible to  restore my vip Access against this payment ?
