Help/Support Didn't receive my account activation email after payment

I paid for the package but have not been able to use the app+ yet and didn't get the second email after the purchase approved email which I used in the thumbnail above? Plz help me I payed for the Vip at Xmas and still not been able to use it in anyway?

If you have recently purchased the iOSGods App+, it may take a few hours for us to process your order. When the processing is done, we immediately send you an email to the email address you used when purchasing.

If you have not received an email, please make sure the email address you entered is correct and check your spam/junk folders. Alternatively, you can visit https://install.iosgods.com/ using the registered iDevice to install the iOSGods App+.

Yeah the email address is correct that I used to sign up for the vip app+ I never received another email after the payment email plz help me figure this out asap I paid Dec 26 so iv been patent
