Help/Support My new phone says “This device is not yet activated to be able to use the ios gods app+”

So I just got a new phone and I tried downloading the iosgods app but it’s saying this.  “this device is not yet activated to be able to use the ios gods app+” How can I fix this?

Please send a message to the Administrator titled "UDID Transfer" with your old UDID which can be found in your activation email and your new UDID.

Please note that you are only allowed one transfer during your one year subscription term time. For more information, please read the iOSGods App+ FAQ.

He doesn’t respond to me anymore since earlier last year. is there anybody else i can message about it?
