You can edit the binary directly also which may require a bit of knowledge of how things work.

Are you trying to try the hack for yourself? Shmoo has already posted that hack which is really to install.

Looks like Assembly (ARM), you gotta use IDA fo dat, plenty of tutorials on iOSGods. You're gonna need a base understanding of code though, as ARM is hard to understand for first-timers.
