Help/Support Can’t unban guest account on COD mobile

Hello, I got banned on COD and I used the following method

to unban the guest account but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything and the guest account won’t reset

Just checked for myself and everything is still working. Make sure you’re following the guide correctly without missing any letters and without skipping any steps. In the uncanny doubtful scenario that Activision changes the key, I’ll update the key, but I probably won’t need to since it was not patched nor will it be. If you have other games that perform device bans that you’d like to have a guide of their own, just let me know through PM.

@alex_png The guest save is still present. I delete the app it’s still there, I’ve searched through Filza and can’t find where to delete the save.

Some how the key for guest "com.tencent.itop.guest.xxxxx" is still rewritten in the keychain from somewhere, even if you delete the key 6KZFB... from all local keychain from your devices, not sure if is from iCloud or a file that keeps persisted in the iPhone that is not easily found using Filza, hope someone can find a better solution for the 2020 version

I agree, it wont go away no matter what and I know I am doing it right because i have done it correct in the past

You can’t unbanned your guest account as it paired to your UDID, the only to change is to somehow change the your current UDID to the new one. You can get this UDID from other iPhone. Or the working method is to reset the phone entirely 😔

No matter if you delete it, it will come back once you hop on to the game.✌️
