Request Starbucks iOS app bans me as soon as I log in

Requested Features: UDID problem? On my android, my Starbucks app works fine. Once I log into Starbucks using my iPhone Starbucks app with the same account, the account is auto-blocked and I am locked out. Starbucks support doesn't help me, I've called them and had several cases opened up. My request always gets forwarded to another department that just "fixes" the problem and doesn't contact the person back. I was able to swap out my iPhone at the Apple Store with another one, and I created a new account and everything was fine. Then I accidentally used some sort of saved auto login and used my old account again, and got locked out again permanently with my new account. So, it is serial number/udid dependent I would assume. Is there any way to bypass this? I could just stick to a web login with Starbucks.com but I'd like to use the Starbucks app. Now I'm f'd again until I either get Apple to replace my phone again or find a work-around in a jail-broken state. Yes, I am. Flex3 will allow a UDID/serial bypass?
