I’m facing the same issue.  With new fb account and starting from scratch still banned. I still go further by resetting my iPad iOS with clean installed the game. Without hacking and with new fb account still got banned. So I tried with iOS Game Center account. No issue. However once I switch to fb then got banned again. This is all without hack applied.

@Peter39 To install Filza / iFIle (IOS) your device has to be jailbroken. iFunbox is used on PC/Mac . (You need a jailbroken device to use ifunbox)

if you are jailbroken. you can try using filza, i recommend ifunbox. For ifunbox you will have to get "Apple File Conduit" from Cydia on your iphone in order to allow ifunbox to connect to your device.

I would try to hold onto IOS 13.7 on your iPhone 11 if you're serious about jailbreaking. In other thoughts, If you have an older IOS device I would recommend jailbreaking with that one to get an understanding of what Jailbreaks are capable of. GOOD LUCK!
