I bought VIP for 2 months like 20 hours ago, how long does it take to get approved? I typed in the chat box, but no one reply moderator or admin

Order #204785

I didn't read that needs to get approved by someone (my fault), i thought it was instant, thats why i sound i little desperate sorry haha.

Thats really weird, I just check my card and indeed was refunded, what happened? I did the transaction :S I will try again now
