oh my, I'm dumb. I forget to say that I'm using gnu debugger and MTerminal so I don't have a tweak.xm. can I create a deb and execute it without a pc?

Crack the App, open the binary in IDA and search in strings or functions window for ptrace or syscall or whatever the protection is and look around for MOVS R1, #0x1F or something like that and NOP it (C046). Now try attaching to gdb again.
