You have to slide because Watchdog folder is lying bottom

Bro Watchdog is a folder not a file

i know i meant folder, i don't have a folder for it in System i even searched my whole root and saw nothing

Checked it you can set the CPULowerPowerTarget to 5 and MaxGPU to 10
