Help/Support Paid for ViP Over a Week Ago Still not Allowing me to Install

Paid for vip over a week ago and still haven’t gotten email and it also won’t allow me to install. Says I’m not allowed

I’m aware and I purchased both and my app won’t even open. Says you’re offline. 
I literally can’t do anything

If you have purchased the iOSGods App+, try visiting the https://install.iosgods.com/ to install it. App+ is currently working.
