Help/Support Black Desert Online Global MAX Graphics Unlock

Is there a way for me to unlock max graphics on my device (Oppo Find X) for Black Desert Online Mobile (Global Version)? Somehow the devs locked the graphics at 30 FPS. My device is not rooted, is it possible?

I've seen people unlocking the graphics on youtube but its for rooted devices. And there is also one for non rooted but in chinese which i could not understand. Was hoping someone to know anything regarding this.
