hey i was trying to download whatsapp 2 and my phone restarted and apple logo appeared and after that only black screen appears which stays for some time and then apple logo appears again

 

iphone 6 with ios 8.1.2 any help please

Did your phone restart while downloading or after downloading?

the new Cydia Substrate suport safe mode just force reboot your phone by holding the home button and the lock botton in the same time once rebooting keep holding your volume botton (+) till you got to the screen lock then go to Cydia an delete the broken package and reboot once again.

its not working still doesnt take me to the home screen
