So I thought this is what I hoped for and it sorta is. Sadly it also makes the enemies have no cooldowns at all either. So it can be a double edge sword.

So is there anything else you could do to deal with this? If not it is fine. Just telling you the skill cooldown is on everyone on the mission, so it does make missions harder when the enemy is all named Gunpla.

I made the hack  and probably not, if I recall the damage/hp is linked

Well your hack is still pretty appreciated. Despite it making it harder sometimes lol. Wish you could do something like always max event boost or something. But what you have done is nice.
