I have an iPad 6th gen running iPadOS 13.1. Non jailbreak. I was trying to update apps after they were resigned, but every one I tried to install I was told “please visit us on your ios device to download this app.” Is iPadOS not supported yet?

Sounds like 13.1 might have changed something again. We'll look into fixing it.
