    worked Fine to activate Thanks,ill report back how well if it fixed my phone ,   

    Been trying for hours with various softwares however all of them needed to be fully activated to try fixing it   , this phone that i upgraded but then decided to downgrade it but it failled now i am stuck in a loop

    cannot Update it or restore it or do anything with it ,
