Ok ill try PuTTY Ive tried reinstalling but still doesnt work anyways ill try PuTTY

Ill Try Xshell TOO

Try PuTTY and make sure you WiFi is the same WiFi on your PC and Device.

try to shutdown vpn program that changes your IP then connect to you WinSCP try to run as administrator and hopefully it will work like charm.

winSCP get this error mostly when it is running in background and you are trying to use other program at the time. try to run as administrator
